Katie Vesta MSN, FNP-C, RN
FOUNDER
At the heart of every great healthcare practice is a story, and for Katie, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Founder of RENEW Hormone Health, that story begins in the delivery rooms of Chicago.
Katie started her nursing journey as a Registered Nurse in labor and delivery in 2003, where she developed a deep connection to women’s health and a passion for supporting new mothers through some of life’s most transformative moments. Her early experiences caring for women during childbirth laid the foundation for a career built on compassion, clinical excellence, and a commitment to empowering them to feel their best.
After becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Katie moved to Southern California, where she joined an Obstetrics and Gynecology practice. It was there that she discovered her calling: helping women understand and manage their hormone health. From fatigue and weight changes, to mood shifts and sleep disruptions, Katie saw first hand how hormone imbalances could impact every aspect of a woman’s life, and how powerful it could be when those imbalances were corrected with thoughtful, individualized care.
In 2022, Katie relocated to Austin, bringing her expertise and passion for women’s health and a growing commitment to supporting both men and women through all stages of hormonal wellness.
RENEW Hormone Health was born out of a desire to create a space where men and women feel heard, supported, and empowered to take control of their wellness & longevity. Katie’s approach is grounded in evidence-based treatment plans, but what sets her apart is the connection she builds with each and every client through providing a personalized boutique experience.
